Upon receiving services, we do not offer any refunds. If you have changed your mind on our services, please contact us within 4 business days for a full refund. If you have a monthly maintenance plan, you may cancel at any time. However, canceling during the billing cycle will not result in a refund for that period, but the service will not renew for the next cycle. Minutes are purchased separately and are non-refundable.
